Mental Health: The state of well-being where a person can handle everyday stress, work effectively, and contribute to their community.
Anxiety: Feelings of worry, fear, or unease.
Depression: Ongoing sadness or loss of interest that disrupts daily life.
Cognitive Impairment: Reduced ability to remember, learn, or make decisions.
Psychosis: A mental condition where a person loses touch with reality.
Schizophrenia: A severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and acts.
Bipolar Disorder: A mental illness causing extreme mood swings, from high energy (mania) to deep sadness (depression).
Social Anxiety Disorder: A strong fear of social situations that leads to avoidance or distress.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs): Confidential services provided by employers to help employees with personal problems, including mental health and substance use.
